We proudly serve Oliver’s Custom Coffee, Olympia Coffee, and Blossom Coffee Roasters.

Each of these roasters offer high-quality coffees that are selected for their origin-specific characteristics, and then carefully roasted to enhance and protect those unique flavors.

I chose these three roasters because I wanted to serve great coffee from local partners, whose values align with mine.

Golden Hour Coffee, IT STARTS WITH A SIP.

  • The town of Planadas in Tolima, Colombia is the quintessential coffee-producing town. Having spent over 5 years sourcing coffee in this community, I’ve grown to love and respect this place. It's seen its fair share of hardship—up until recently, it was a stronghold for the rebel Farq faction—so it always felt like a bit of an adventure to visit this part of Tolima.

    Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of smallholder farmers and visited the farms and homes of dozens. Among them all, the clear leader in terms of quality is Franco Alexi Garzon. He won the Cup of Excellence in 2017, and ever since he has been on tear producing the absolute best coffee in the region.

    This coffee is one of the best lots from his harvest, the finest representation of a major coffee-producing region of the world.

  • ose Salazar caused quite a stir after winning the Colombian Cup of Excellence Competition when genetic tests revealed that this intriguing varietal came from unexpected Ethiopian origins. This is the first ever Natural Processed Lot from Jose Salazar.

  • FECCEG has been working with associates in San Martin Jilotepeque since 2013. During this time, the organization has become familiar with the coffee production area of 13 surrounding municipalities of Joyabaj, where there is a strong commercial tradition for coffee. The decision to set up a wet mill for purchasing and processing ripe coffee received positive validation due to the production of high-quality coffees. The Joyabaj Wet Mill is strategically located in a central area, making it easily accessible to the necessary operational services. This natural processed lot has lots of upfront fruit with a sweet and balanced finish.
